questions

  • We're supposed to pay $200 for a visit to the ER, but we are being asked to pay an extra $184.88 on top of the $200 we paid then.
  • We're supposed to pay max of 10% of the total charges after the $500 deductible, the RSV hospital bill is $9277.19 and we're being asked to pay $1050.98, which is more than 10%. It should be $927.71 if it were 10%.
  • Did praxair (billibed people) bill our insurance? If so, did it count towards the deductible?
  • Does the $200 ER copay get applied towards in-patient stay?
  • The $47.20 might be $67.20, we paid that much, but were told that the co-pay was included in the $67.20, but there is a statement from insurance saying we need to pay the doctor $67.20, but the copperview isn't now saying we owe this.
