All of our gourmet salmon have been delivered to our processor by the Chignik fishing cooperative, the Chignik Seafood Producers Alliance.  These salmon were brought on board our processor live, bled, deboned, filleted, vacuum packed and frozen within minutes. Ours is the freshest boneless salmon available in the world, as your tastebuds and guests will attest.
